doubts

I have my doubts.....
lot of them recently, about my relationship with George, about my uni and my family...about my future....
lots of things to thinks about and not sure what to do and who to talk to.
I know my sis will listen to what i want to say but I just dunno how am i gonna tell her
what am i gonna do?
